The Nordic Health Solutions red light photobiomodulation therapy bed surrounds the whole body with red and near infrared wavelengths in a single ten- to twenty-minute session.

Photobiomodulation describes the absorption of specific wavelengths by the mitochondria, which is associated with improved cellular energy production. Full body coverage means no area is treated in isolation.
