Nordic Health Solutions Red Light Bed: Full-body photobiomodulation with four adjustable wavelengths
March 4, 2026 • 5 min read
What the Nordic Health Solutions Red Light Bed is
The Nordic Health Solutions Red Light Bed combines visible red and near-infrared light in four wavelengths—635, 660, 850 and 940 nanometres—to reach tissues at different depths. Its full-body format maintains a consistent distance between the LEDs and the body for even light delivery.
A seven-inch touchscreen provides independent wavelength power control from 0–100% and pulse-frequency control from 0–5,000 Hz. The system contains 3,700 three-watt LEDs, delivers irradiance of 80–120 mW/cm² and is designed for sessions of approximately 15–20 minutes.
Photobiomodulation is studied for its effects on cellular energy production, circulation and recovery. Results vary, and the bed is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
